If you grew up a Dot Rat, either you played hockey or your neighbors did. When Bobby Orr came to town he infused the neighborhoods with hockey fever. His influence can still be seen on our side streets today…street hockey is part of our fabric now. You have your fans of Caddyshack, Rudy and Hoosiers but the clear favorite in this part of Dot is Slap Shot.
Reggie Dunlop and the Hanson Brothers will always be our heroes!

This is a fabulous choice! I thought that this movie was amazing. A real masterpiece. I also kind of enjoyed Field of Dreams.
