There has to be something medically wrong with Mayor Menino. I’m serious why would his PR people let him speak publicly. Clearly, he’s not a stupid man.He just sounds like a drunken stroke victim.
His “condition” is that he has a Swollen Tongue. It is a medical condition BUT, that doesn’t excuse him from being a bumbling idiot. I agree. He is a good mayor though and don’t worry, this IS his Final term.
