Rock Island Rocks!

In my quest to find the best eats around I finally paid a visit to the Rock Island Food Company last night. Judging by the chocolate chip banana muffin I smashed in 2 minutes flat….we have a potential all-star here. You can always tell if someone loves to cook when you taste anything they make….it’s pretty apparent the folks at Rock Island love what they do. After talking a bit with the very nice owner, I guess this is a small family catering business that’s grown to include a store. I can only see good things for this young venture….head down to Hough’s Neck and help these folks get off to a great start. I promise you will not be disappointed…..DotRat’s honor!!
