A Tribe Called Quest….
Play any one of their songs and it can put me back to a simpler time in my life. Whether it was my first house party, or attending school at the Woodrow Wilson, even my first Dot Day (with Budweiser). Their music can usually bring a smile to my face. To me, they where almost like a Led Zeppelin of hip hop music. They took the genre in new directions and broke new ground with every album. And just like Zeppelin, I never had the chance to see them live. So, when their documentary came out a couple of years back I was absolutely pumped.
