Spring is coming…

Spring is coming…

This is by far my favorite time of the year, March always snaps me out of my usual winter funk. You got St. Patty’s day, the clocks get turned ahead and the weather gets a little better every day. One of my favorite things to do around this time of year was to get the crew together, get the old Chevy washed and cruise into Boston. I would creep nice and slow through all the downtown hot spots and the colleges listening to funk, people watching and laughing with my boys.

I miss those simple things….no cell phone constantly wrecking my plans….no appointments…..nobody to wait on. For some reason Spring always reminds me to take better care of that side of my brain that needs some meaningless and fun social interaction. With a 60 degree forecast for later this week, maybe it’s time to rally all the troops and play some hooky. A few beers on Newbury street never hurt anyone!!  😉
